Savory Carrots
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups fresh carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup sweet onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Directions
In a large saute pan, over medium heat, melt butter.
Add carrots, celery, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic to pan. Mix well. Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until carrots are soft.
