Refrigerator Pickles
Ingredients
3 cucumbers, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin2 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons pickling spice
Directions
In a large sauce pan, over high heat, add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pickling spice. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Add cucumbers and onions to pan. Mix well. Allow to cool.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
