Rotisserie Chicken Noodle Soup
Rotisserie chicken noodle soup is an faster way to enjoy the comfort of chicken noodle soup. Starting with a rotisserie chicken and using chicken broth that has already been made takes hours off of the prep time.
Ingredients
1 large rotisserie chicken, traditional flavor
3 quarts chicken broth
3 cups carrots, sliced
3 cups celery, sliced3 cups uncooked egg noodles
Directions
Remove chicken meat from the rotisserie chicken. Set aside.
Heat chicken broth in a 5 quart saucepan, over medium high heat. Add carrots and celery to broth. Cook for 25 minutes.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add chicken to broth.
Add noodles to broth. Stir the soup. Add additonal salt and pepper as needed. Cook for 10 minutes.
