Roasted Potatoes
Roasted potatoes are a great side for so many meals, especially roast chicken, beef, or pork. I frequently make Roasted Potatoes for holiday meals because everybody loves them. They are also a healthier substitue for french fries.
Ingredients
3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
3 tablespoons vegetable oil2 teaspoons granulated garlic2 teaspoons seasoned salt1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
Directions
Place potatoes in large baking dish. Add oil to potatoes. Stir until potatoes are completely coated with oil.
Sprinkle garlic, seasoned salt, pepper, celery salt, and paprika onto potatoes. Bake at 400 for 30 - 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender.Roasted potatoes
