Rice Stuffing
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
1 small sweet onion, chopped small
2 stalks celery, chopped small
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups long grain and wild rice mix
3/4 tablespoon poultry seasoning
3 1/2 cups vegetable broth
Directions
In a large sauce pan, over medium heat melt butter. Add onion, celery, salt and pepper to sauce pan. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add rice mix. Mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add poultry seasoning and vegetable broth. Mix well and bring to a boil, Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until water is completely absorbed.
