Easy Asian Rice
This rice dish takes minutes to make but tastes like you spent more time. You can jazz it up by adding bean sprouts, chopped scallions, and/or scrambled eggs. It goes great with grilled teriyaki chicken.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
16 ounces frozen Asian stir fry vegetables
3 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add vegetables to pan. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add rice to pan. Mix until rice is completely combined with vegetables. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to pan. Mix well. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Rice should be lightly browned.
