Crispy Baby Potatoes
We went to a wedding where they served potatoes like these. They were amazing and my husband asked if I could make them at home. It was easy enough to come up with a recipe and it turned out perfect the first time.
Ingredients
3 pounds baby potatoes3 tablespoons olive oiland 2 teaspoons granulated garlic1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper2 teaspoons seasoned salt
Directions
Place in large sauce pan. Add water until potatoes are covered and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook, covered for 15 - 20 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain potatoes.
In a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add potaoes to bowl. Mix until potatoes are coated with olive oil.
Place potatoes on a large baking sheet. With a potato masher, press down on each potato to flatten it until it is about a 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
