Creamy Parmesan Noodles
Ingredients
12 ounces broad egg noodles, cooked
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups milk3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring frequently until mixture is smooth and starts to thicken.
Add garlic, pepper, and milk. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce starts to thicken. Add cheese. Mix well. reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
Add noodles. Mix until noodles are coated with the cheese sauce.
