Tuna Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
10 3/4 ounces milk
8 ounces fresh baby spinach
6 ounces roasted red peppers, cut into strips
12 ounces solid white tuna
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
12 ounces egg noodles, cooked
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
In a large sauce pan, heat soup and milk, over medium heat, for 5 minutes. Add spinach and red peppers. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tuna, salt, and pepper to sauce pan. Mix well. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add noodles to sauce pan. Mix until noodles are completely coated with sauce. Place tuna mixture in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
Notes:
You can substitute turkey, chicken or ham for tuna.
