Mushroom Tuna Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
10 3/4 ounces milk
12 ounces solid white tuna
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup peas
12 ounces egg noodles, cooked
2 cups crushed potato chips
Directions
In a large sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add celery soup, mushroom soup, milk, tuna, salt, pepper and peas to sauce pan. Mix well. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add noodles to sauce pan. Mix until noodles are completely coated with sauce. Place tuna mixture in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
