Quick and Easy Spaghetti Sauce
This my go to recipe for when there isn't time to make a sauce that takes more time. You can add meatballs or sausage, which will add another layer of flavor. It is great by itself over your favorite pasta.
Ingredients
56 ounces crushed tomatoes
3 teaspoons salt2 teaspooons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons granulated garlic2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
Directions
In 5 quart sauce pan, over medium heat, add tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir well. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for at least 30 minutes.
