Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons flour2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon gravy master
Directions
In sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add flour to cooked mushrooms. Mix so the mushrooms are coated with flour. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add beef broth, pepper, and gravy master. Mix well. Reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
