Fresh Tomato Salsa
8 plum tomatoes1 small sweet onion, chopped4 cloves garlic2 jalapenos1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspooon ground black pepper
Remove seeds from the tomatoes. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Dice the onion into small pieces. Mince the garlic. Remove the seeds from the jalapenos. Mince the jalapenos.
Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapenos in a bowl. Add lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to vegetables. Mix well. Refrigerate for one hour beore serving.
