Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour2 cups milk
4 ounces Velveeta
Directions
In sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour. Stir with a wisk. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add milk to flour mixture. Stir with a wisk. Cook for 10 minutes stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened.
Add cheese and stir. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
