Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour2 cups milk
8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Add milk. Mix with a wisk. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce starts to thicken.
Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until cheese is completely melted.
