Apple Sauce
Ingredients
5 large McIntosh apples
1 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
Directions
Peel and core apples. Chop apples.
Place apples, water, sugar and apple pie spice in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
