Tuna Macaroni Salad
I have made this recipe so many times, especially when I was in college. It is affordable and filling. Sometimes I would also add chopped onions.
Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni
12 ounces solid white tuna
1 cup chopped celery1 1/2 cups mayonnaise1 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground black peppersweet paprika
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and place in large bowl.
Add tuna, celery, mayonnaise, celery salt, salt and pepper to macaroni. Mix well.
Sprinkle top of salad with sweet paprika. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
