Seafood Macaroni Salad
I would always put tuna in my macaroni salad andI wanted to make that for some friends who were coming over but one of them really hated tuna. I added imitation crabmeat instead which has a little sweetness and doesn't have a fishy taste.
Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni
1 pound imitation crabmeat, flake style, chopped1 cup chopped celery1 1/2 cups mayonnaise1 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground black peppersweet paprika
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and place in large bowl.
Add crabmeat, celery, mayonnaise, celery salt, salt and pepper to macaroni. Mix well.
Sprinkle top of salad with sweet paprika. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
