Pepper Pasta Salad
This is my step-daughters favorite salad. One day there was a last-minute cookout and I needed to raid the pantry to come up with something. Now I make it for almost every summer cookout. I usually use mild banana peppers since everyone doesn't like the hot ones.
Ingredients
16 ounces farfalle pasta, cooked according to package directions12 ounces roasted red peppers, drained and cut into strips
12 ounces hot or mild banana peppers, drained
8 ounces Italian salad dressing
Directions
In medium bowl, add pasta, roasted red peppers and banana peppers. Mix well.
Add Italian dressing and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
