Orange Chicken Salad
I had some leftover Orange Chicken and used it to make a chicken salad for lunch. It was so good and my mother-in-law absolutely loved it. I didn't want to create a recipe where you need to use leftovers from another recipe so I developed this recipe using orange marmalade. It is much better than the salad using the lefovers.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken6 tablespoons mayonnaise4 tablespoons orange marmalade
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor. Process for 20 - 30 seconds.
Serve in a sandwich or on top of a garden salad.
