Macaroni Salad
This is one of the first recipes I ever made so it is one of my oldest. This was always a part of the menu when we cooked burgers and dogs on the grill. It is one of my husband's favorites and I always make a small batch for him when I have leftover pasta.
Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni1 cup chopped celery1 cup mayonnaise1 teaspoon celery salt1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground black peppersweet paprika
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and place in large bowl.
Add celery, mayonnaise, celery salt, salt and pepper to macaroni. Mix well.
Sprinkle top of salad with sweet paprika. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
