Ham and Egg Salad
Even though this is categorized as a salad, Ham and Egg Salad can be used as the filling for a sandwich, a spread for crackers, or a topping for a garden salad. It would also be good as a filling for campari tomatoes or a topping for cucumber slices.
Ingredients
8 ounces ham4 hard boiled eggs, peeled2 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces2 tablespoons relish3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
Directions
Place ham, eggs, and celery in a food processor. Pulse 8 -12 times, until chopped.
In a medium bowl, add relish, mayonaisse, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
Add ham and egg minture to bowl. Gently mix.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
