Easy Asian Pasta Salad
My Asian Pasta Salad takes a long time to make because there are so many vegetable to cut so I needed as easier version so I could make it more often. Broccoli slaw is a great ingredient and saves a lot of time doing prep work.
Ingredients
12 ounces udon noodles12 ounce broccoli slaw4 ounce bean sprouts8 ounces sesame ginger salad dressing
Directions
Cook udon noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and place in large bowl.
Add broccoli slaw and bean sprouts to noodles. Mix well.
Add sesame ginger dressing to noodles. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
