Chicken Salad
Whenever I cook chicken breast, I always cook extra for chicken salad. My mother-in-law loves to have a chicken salad sandwich for lunch. It is one of favorites too. I have a few different chicken salad recipes, but this one is the best.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup diced celery3/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Serve in a sandwich or on top of a garden salad.
