Caesar Pasta Salad
This is another one of those recipes that I created because I needed a salad last minute. I always have carrots and celery in the refrigerator and pasta in the pantry. With Caesar dressing and a small bunch of scallions, I created a very tasty salad that has become a favorite because it is different from the traditional pasta salads.
Ingredients
16 ounce rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions4 medium carrots, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped1 bunch scallions, chopped8 ounces creamy caesar salad dressing
Directions
In large bowl, add pasta, carrots, celery and scallions. Mix well. Add caesar salad dressing. Mix well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
