Asian Cole Slaw
I was planning to marinate chicken with a soy sauce based sauce and to cook it on the grill. I wanted a side that would be a little different from what I usaully make and complement the chicken. They were a perfect match.
Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup rice wine vinegar2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons honey1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic16 ounces coleslaw mix
Directions
In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and garlic. Wisk until well blended.
Add coleslaw mix and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
