Steak and Pepper Quesadillas
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
14 ounces shaved steak1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups mexican blend cheese
Directions
In a large saute pan, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions, peppers, and mushrooms to pan. Cook for 5 minutes
Add shaved steak, salt, pepper, and garlic to pan. Mix with cooked vegetables. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until steak is browned.
Place 1/4 of the filling on half of each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese onto meat mixture. Fold tortilla in half and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
