Turkey Chili
Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
31 ounces fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
15 1/2 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
In a large saucepan, over medium heat, add onion and ground turkey. Cook for 10 minutes, breaking meat up with a spoon, until meat is cooked and crumbled.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 1 hour.
Add pinto beans to pan. Mix well. Cook for 1 hour.
