Honey Garlic Chicken
This is one of my favorite recipes. I had a lot of time to create recipes and wanted to create an Asian inspired recipe for chicken. The sauce so gooey and delicious and tastes even better the next day. I always serve it with fried rice.
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders1/2 cup cornstarch1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon granulated garlic6 ounces honey6 ounces chili sauce or ketchup1/3 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon butter1/2 cup water
Directions
In a medium bowl, add cornstarch, brown sugar, and granulated garlic. Dredge each piece of chicken in cornstarch mixture
In a large saute pan, over medium heat, add honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and butter. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add chicken to pan. Coat with sauce. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over and add water. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until glaze has thickened..
