Hawaiian Chicken
Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 cup pineapple juice1/2 cup soy sauce1/2 cup ketchup1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup dry sherry 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
Directions
Trim fat from chicken thighs.
In a bowl, add pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, sherry and granulated garlic. Mix well. This is the Hawaiian marinade.
Marinate chicken thighs in Hawaiian marinade for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
Place marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
