Easy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients
8 ounces penne
8 ounces broccoli
15 ounce jar alfredo sauce
8 ounces milk
9 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook penne acoording to package directions. Add broccoli to water for last four minutes of pasta cooking time. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a 5 quart saucepan, add alfredo sauce and milk. Cook at medium low for 10 minutes. Add parmesan cheese. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Add pasta and broccoli to pan. Mix until pasta is completely coated with sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
