Chicken Udon Stir Fry
Ingredients
1 tablespoon canola oil2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
8 ounces shredded cabbage
5 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
7 ounces udon noodles, cooked
6 scallions, chopped
Directions
In large saute pan, over medium heat, add oil. Once oil is heated, add garlic, black bean sauce, and soy sauce. Mix. Cook for 1 minute.
Add cabbage to pan. Mix to coat cabbage with sauce. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add chicken to pan. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes
Add udon noodles to pan. Mix well. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add scallions to pan. Mix well.
