Pesto Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
8 ounces penne or bow ties, cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
16 ounces cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons pesto
12 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions
In a 5 quart sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add cherry tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. Add pesto and chicken. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add pasta and salt to pan. Mix until pasta is completely coated with sauce. Reduce heat to mdoum low. Cook for 5 minutes. Add parmesan cheese. Mix weii.
