Baked Ziti
Ingredients
12 ounces ziti, cooked
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon Italian herb mix
16 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a 5 quart sauce pan, over medium heat, add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and garlic to pan. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
Add ziti to pan. Mix well. Remove from heat and cool for 15 minutes.
Add ricotta cheese to pan. Mix until ricotta cheese is completely mixed with the pasta mixture. Place in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. Bake a 350 for 30 minutes.
