Roast Pork with Cranberry Maple Glaze
Cranberry and maple go so well with pork, so I used my cranberry maple glaze to glaze the pork for the last 30 minutes of cooking. It is sweet and tangy and complements to pork perfectly.
Ingredients
4 - 5 pound center cut pork loin
1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Cranberry Maple Glaze
Directions
Place pork in a baking dish, fat side up. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic evenly over top of pork. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes per pound.
When there are 30 minutes left for the roast to cook, cover with cranberry maple glaze. Return to oven and bake until the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
