Orange Chili Pork Tenderloin
I don't cook pork very often but when I do it has to have a flavorful sauce or marinade. When the sauce is reduced after slow cooking all day it has an amazing taste that complements the pork so well. Seasoned white rice goes very well with this dish.
Ingredients
2 - 3 pounds pork tenderloin
2 cups orange juice
12 ounces chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Directions
Place pork tenderloin in crockpot.
In a bowl, add orange juice, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well. Pour over pork. Cook on high for 6 hours.
Place 2 cups of sauce from crockpot into a small sauce pan. Cook on medium high until reduce by half.
Shred pork with two forks. Serve with reduced sauce.
