Easy French Dip
French Dip is one of my favorite sandwiches because it is warm and toasty and the au jus has so much flavor. This recipe is so easy to make and it smells amazing while it is cooking.
Ingredients
2 sweet onions
2 - 3 pound Chuck Roast
2 10.5 ounce cans French onion soup10.5 ounce can beef broth
12 ounces beer
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Slice onions and place in crockpot.
Add soup, broth, beer, and Worcestershire sauce to crockpot. Place beef in crockpot.
Cook on low for 6 - 7 hours, or until beef easily shreds.
Shred the beef, removing any excess fat, and place in the broth.
Serve on a toasted torpedo roll with broth on the side for dipping.
