How to Roll and Eggroll
Step 1 Use to wrappers for each eggroll. Place wrapper like a diamond in front of you.
Step 2 Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of the eggroll wrapper, Spreading it from the corner on the left to the corner on the right
Step 3 Fold the bottom corner towards the top corner leaving about an inch from the top corner.
Step 4 Fold the side corners towards each other.
Step 5 Roll the bottom of the eggroll towards the top corner.
Step 6 Seal the top corner to the eggroll with a couple of drops of water.
