Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is a party favorite. I wanted to freshen it up and change the seasoning. Making the dip with fresh spinach gives the dip a different texture and more of a spinach taste.
Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
9 ounces fresh baby spinach
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.7 ounce packet Italian dressing mix
16 ounces sour cream
Directions
In a saute pan, over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add spinach and salt to saute pan. Cook spinach for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large bowl, add spinach, Italian dressing mix, and sour cream. Mix well. Refrigerate for one hour.
