Shrimp Dip
Like many of my recipes, Shrimp Dip was created when I wanted to repurpose leftovers. I wanted to make it a little spicier than the classic shrimp dip, so horseradish sauce was added to give it more of a kick. More horseradish sauce can be added if you want more spice.
Ingredients
1 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 tablespoons sour cream
8 ounces cocktail sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, add shrimp, cream cheese sour cream, cocktail sauce, and horseradish sauce. Mix until all ingredients are spread evenly throughout the whole mixture. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with crackers.
