Pimento Cheese
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces fine shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces pimentos
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with crackers.
