Cream Cheese and Scallion Spread
This is one of my favorite recipes, and it is one of my simplest recipes, since it only has two ingredients. You still need to chop and mix, but it is ready in 15 minutes. This is a great little dip to bring to a party or to enjoy while relaxing after work.
Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese
1 bunch scallions, chopped
Directions
Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Place cream cheese and scallions in a large bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with crackers or celery sticks.
