Crab Rangoon Dip
One night we went out to dinner with friends and ordered crab rangoon dip as an appetizer. It was so good I had to try and recreate it at home. This is the recipe I came up with. I usually serve it in a crockpot to keep it warm.
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese16 ounces sour cream2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon minced garlic2 tablespoons sweet pepper relish
8 ounces imitation crabmeat, minced
Directions
In a medium saucepan, over medium low heat, add cream cheese, sour cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and sweet pepper relish. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, or until cream cheese is melted.
Add crabmeat. Mix well. Cook for 10 minutes
Serve with pita chips.
