Caprese Dip
One of my best friends love caprese salad. She was stopping by for a glass of wine and I wanted to make a dip to go with the wine. I was inspired by her favorite salad to make this dip.
Ingredients
6 plum tomatoes8 ounces fresh mozzarella8 ounces light cream cheese
6 basil leaves, chopped2 teaspoon granulated garlic1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Remove seeds from tomatoes and chop into 1/4 inch pieces. Cut mozzarella into cubes. Place all ingredients except parmesan cheese into a baking dish and stir.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Stir well. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve with pita chips.
