Buffalo Chicken Dip
The first time I had Buffalo Chicken Dip I was at a family party and one of the guests made it. Everyone loved it. I made a couple of changes to her recipe to make it a little lighter and fresher.
Ingredients
16 ounces light cream cheese8 ounces ranch dressing12 ounces buffalo sauce
9 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Cook over medium low heat for 20 - 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until all of the cheese is melted. Keep warm in a crock pot.
Serve with crackers, corn chips, and celery sticks.
