Blue Cheese and Scallion Dip
This is one of my go to recipes when I am craving blue cheese and we are having company. Many of my friends love blue cheese as much as I do, so it is always a hit. I always save a small amount for the next day. It is easy to make and can be served with both crackers and veggies.
Ingredients
16 ounces sour cream
4 ounces mayonnaise
6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
5 scallions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Let blue cheese come to room temperature.
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with crackers.
