Teriyaki Kielbasa
This is so easy to make, and it always comes out perfect. When we hosted poker night, I would make this at least once each month, maybe more. If you are making it for a party, it can be kept warm in a crockpot.
Ingredients
2 pounds kielbasa
2 teaspoons minced garlic
12 ounces thick teriyaki sauce
Directions
Cut kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices. In a large saute pan, over medium high heat, cook kielbasa for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic to pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium low. Add teriyaki sauce to pan. Mix well. Cook for 30 minutes.
