Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
Smoked salmon is one of my favorite ingredients. While on one of my cruises, I had smoked salmon with onions, cream cheese, and a hard boiled egg every day for breakfast. After that cruise, the next time I made deviled eggs, I added some smoked salmon and minced onion to the filling. It was so good and it reminds me of vacation when I make it.
