Shrimp Cocktail Rollups
A friend at the pub loves the sweet chili chicken rollups that I make and asked if I could make a rollup with shrimp. All I needed to do was change the protein and the sauce so it was another easy recipe to create. I made some to share with my friends and they gave a thumbs up.
Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces cooked shrimp, chopped
8 ounces cocktail sauce
4 large flour tortillas
Directions
Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Place cream cheese, shrimp, and cocktail sauce in a large bowl. Mix well until ingredients are completely combined with cream cheese.
Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each flour tortilla to 1/2 inch from the edge. Roll up each flour tortilla. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut tortillas into 3/4 inch slices.
