Salsa Rollups
This recipe has only 3 ingredients , is so easy to make, and can have it's own unique taste. Based on the type of salsa you choose, it can be spicy or mild, include black beans or corn, or fruit, such as mango. You decide and make it your own recipe.
Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese8 ounces your favorite salsa4 large flour tortillas
Directions
Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Place cream cheese and salsa in a large bowl. Mix well until salsa is completely combined with cream cheese.
Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each flour tortilla to 1/2 inch from the edge. Roll up each flour tortilla. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut tortillas into 3/4 inch slices.
